The early season of motherhood is tough, but so rewarding.

 

Our stroller fitness classes are held in the South Bay, CA near parks for after-class play, and include cardio, strength conditioning and core workouts. The best part? Bring your mini along! Workout sessions at FITmama offer you the change to exercise with your little one, giving you back precious time otherwise spent searching for a workout window. While our classes may be called "Stroller Fitness," it doesn't mean that minis need to remain confined to their strollers! We encourage our minis to freely roam, play, and join in the fun activities.

 

And after sweating it out, join us at the park to meet and connect with other fantastic mamas and their minis. Whether you are an avid mover, starting your fitness journey, or a mama in the pre- and post-partum stages there is a place (and pace) for you at one of our FITmama classes.

mamas must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for a c-section) with clearance from their physician to resume physical exercise. 

pregnant moms must have clearance from their doctor to exercise

Please consult with a physician to ensure you are cleared for physical activity. FITmama trainers are NOT doctors, medical professionals, or physical therapists. We can not consult on injury corrections.
