The fine print

FITmama South Bay Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The FITmama South Bay giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of FITmama South Bay and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. Nomination Period: The giveaway runs from May 12th to June 26th, 2024.

  3. How to Enter: To nominate someone, visit the FITmama South Bay website during the nomination period and fill out the nomination form with the required details. Only one nomination per person is allowed.

  4. Additional Entry: Participants can earn an extra entry by posting about the giveaway on social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter), tagging FITmama South Bay.

  5. Prize: One lucky nominee will win a FITmama South Bay class for herself and up to 10 of her friends. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

  6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the nomination period. The winner will be notified via email or direct message within one week of the giveaway closing date. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

  7. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants grant FITmama South Bay the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  8. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.

  9. General Conditions: FITmama South Bay reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the giveaway.
