Mamas, lace up those sneakers and let's crush that 10K, together! Over 6 weeks, our super supportive run coach Kat will be your personal cheer squad, guiding you every step of the way. We've got you covered with a detailed program you can follow in your own time. Plus, join your fellow mamas for two optional in-person classes and stay accountable with weekly check ins. This isn't just about fitness, it's about celebrating the strength of motherhood
