Calling all mamas and mama-to-bes! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just lacing up your sneakers for the first time, our family friendly Run Club is the perfect place to start or continue your fitness journey. Join our community of supportive, energetic women and discover the joy of running together to train for your upcoming race.

Our Run Club is designed to help you achieve your personal goals, build confidence, and have fun along the way. We celebrate every achievement, no matter how small, because every step forward is progress.

Why Join the FITmama Run Club?

  • Family-Friendly: Bring your mini along in a stroller or let them play close by while you run.

  • Inclusive Community: All levels are welcome, from walkers to sprinters.

  • Expert Guidance: Get tips and motivation from experienced coaches plus personal check ins to make sure you are on the right track.

  • Optional In Person Meet Ups: Each week we meet for two optional runs with recommendations on how to shorten or lengthen the route based on your personal goals. Plus chat with your coach regarding tips for improving your speed and endurance!

  • Flexible Schedule: You will have the flexibility to train on your own time, following our detailed program to get your body prepared for your upcoming challenge!

Wanna train but not for a specific race? Do it on your own terms!

mamas must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for a c-section) with clearance from their physician to resume physical exercise. 

pregnant moms must have clearance from their doctor to exercise

Please consult with a physician to ensure you are cleared for physical activity. FITmama trainers are NOT doctors, medical professionals, or physical therapists. We can not consult on injury corrections.
